What really annoyed me more than anything was the customer service, trying to get past the bot to a real person on the online chat is a real challenge.
The RTP seems lower than other casinos, but this is just my experience. The games that i did play did not pay very much out and it was always a struggle just to enjoy playing the games without your deposit being eaten up immediately after a few spins. However that's where the positivity ends.
